Singer Trey Songz was arrested in Los Angeles Monday on suspicion of felony domestic violence after a woman claimed he choked and punched her last month.
The alleged victim Andrea Buera, 27, has stated Neverson violently attacked her in a jealous rage during an after-party at his rental home during the NBA All-Star weekend.
Lawyer for woman accusing Trey Songz of abuse wants star in jail.
“We are delighted at the news that Trey Songz has been arrested for felony domestic assault against my client Andrea Buera. Andrea will fully cooperate with the investigation and is ready, willing, and able to testify at trial, should that be necessary,” lawyer Lisa Bloom said in a statement to The News.
Two weeks ago, a Los Angeles judge ordered Neverson to stay at least 100 yards away from Buera and not attempt to contact her.
In her statement to the court, Buera said she was at Neverson’s rental house on Feb. 17 when he began berating her.
Buera claims Neverson “Charged” at her and began the assault.
