Today’s companies are in a strange situation, as their corporate policies, employment diversity, support for the Black Lives Matter movement and many other public concerns are highlighted. All U.S. PO partners receive a Starbucks Partner T-shirt to give our collective voice in support of our partners, customers and black communities. But people still didn’t know exactly what it meant, and the call for a boycott of the coffee company intensified as its controversial history was once again in the spotlight.
