Livin’ la vida of love! Ricky Martin visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing Wednesday, and it was clear he had love on the brain.
The pair met more than a year ago after Martin had long admired Yosef’s work.
“He’s a conceptual artist and I’m a collector. I started looking for art, and I saw his art and I went crazy because I really love what he does, really original,” Martin explained.
“I got on my knees, and I took out the little velvet pouch and instead of saying, ‘Would you marry me?’ I said, ‘I got you something!’ Bad.” Despite his accidental faux pas, Martin powered through the proposal.
Martin, who is the dad of 8-year-old twin sons Mateo and Valentino, is also pleased that all the men in his life get along so well.
Martin also made an exciting announcement Wednesday regarding his career.
