The famous video blogger is planning to delete his YouTube channel for good.
PewDiePie, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, is known for his “Let’s Play” videos which consist of merely him playing video games doing some exuberant and over the top commentaries.
PewDiePie recently vows to his bros that he will ditch his channel once he hits the 50 million subscribers mark.
What gives? According to Mirror.co.uk, Google’s video service has been penalizing the Swedish YouTuber, leading his video views in a plunging popularity.
In his video, PewDiePie asserted that changes to YouTube have ruined the site.
He said that the certain recommended clickbait videos felt like a “Kick in a face” for him.
Like PewDiePie, some Youtubers have also reported having problems with the suggested videos.
In a report by BBC, YouTube said that it did not make any changes to its suggested videos’ algorithms.
PewDiePie has been the most subscribed Youtuber in 2013.
