When fans started to jump the barricades into the security pit only one song had been performed by Scott.

The rapper subsequently fled the scene, but Chicago Police caught up with him shortly after and arrested him, according to a statement in the city’s Office of Emergency Management and Communications.

No fans were injured when they jumped the barricades.

Scott and one lover were each charged with disorderly conduct.

Seven people had been arrested prior to Scott’s arrest, and at least 35 citations are issued at the three-day music festival, according to OEMC.
