Kate McKinnon won an Emmy earlier this month… but she has no idea w the trophy went.
On The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, the SNL and Ghostbusters star talked about how she blacked out most of Emmy night, and lost the award.
Kate McKinnon had a lovely acceptance speech when she receive the Emmy for supporting actress.
It’s too bad she doesn’t remember anything she said.
She knows she was holding the Emmy at one point – t is photo evidence of that – but then “Someone took it from my hand, and now I don’t know w it is.”
McKinnon isn’t worried about the missing trophy.
She had a message for her Emmy: “Have an adventure. Come back to me when you feel it’s appropriate,” she said.
“My Emmy could be like Forrest Gump and wind up in the middle of every historical event for the next thirty years, and then just come back to me and it would be beautiful.”
