Jussie Smollett could still face federal charges for “threatening letters.” As reported, Smollett said the letter contained the words “You will die black f-g,” many suspect it was written by the actor himself. The slogan “MAGA” was scattered along the contours of the letter, which also contained an unknown white substance that was later discovered crushed like aspirin. As you probably already know, the Chicago Police Department firmly believes that the Empire actor invented the entire plan after being frustrated by his public profile and the salary he earned from producing the show, which was estimated at nearly $1.8 million per season (prorated for the episode). Not all scales appear to be gold, because Jussie Smollett could still face federal charges related to the threatening letter he sent to himself during the deception. Smollett’s hate letter was allegedly invented and arrived a week before the film was attacked. Not everything that shines is gold.
