Jordan Feldstein, the manager of rock group Maroon 5 and brother to actor Jonah Hill, died on Friday.
“Unfortunately, last night Jordan called 911 for shortness of breath, when paramedics arrived it was determined he went into full cardiac arrest and passed away shortly tafter,” the Feldstein family said in a statement to Variety.

Feldstein was the eldest child of costume designer Sharon Lyn and Guns N’ Roses accountant Richard Feldstein, followed by Jonah, 34, and actress Beanie Feldstein, 24, who most recently starred in “Lady Bird.”.
Singer Iggy Azalea, who was once managed by Feldstein, said she was “Saddened” to hear the news.
“We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Jordan Feldstein and extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends,” the statement read. “Jordan was a gifted manager whose artists benefited greatly from his guidance and talents. He will be missed by his Live Nation and Roc Nation family.”
