Jennifer Westfeldt and Jon Hamm, one of Hollywood’s longest-running committed-but-not- celebrity couples that were married, have called it quits.
Hamm, 44, and Westfeldt, 45, said in a joint statement, “With great sadness, we’ve decided to split, after 18 years of love and shared history.”
