Today the internet received a meme-ready gift in the form of two videos of an encounter with Budden from what some supposed were Snapchat-wielding Drake fans.

Whatever the explanation for why these people were accosting Budden to begin with, the ensuing chase, and a photo of Budden running down the street, fueled a Sunday night meme that made the rapper a worldwide trending topic on Twitter.
