Are we one step nearer to a Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole album dropping?

Fine, before folks get overly excited it’s vital that you state this could all be a gossip, but Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole’s combined album could be dropping soon.

Based on Internet chatter, the record is called “Reminiscing,” and also the artwork was tweeted by an account recorded under @BestOfJCole.

The visuals that surfaced shows a younger appearing Kendrick and Cole staring in opposite ways.

The throwback pictures obviously go with the title “Reminiscing,” suggesting the tunes might be part of a concept album.

One thing we do know is both Lamar and J want to do a joint record, plus they have always sang each other’s praises in the press.

Cole stated that Kendrick’s music is so strong, he has the potential to finish gang violence in his hometown.

The “Section 80” creator also talked highly of Cole and said he not only loved his album “2014 Forest Hills Drive,” he loved the way it had been presented to his supporters.
