In the latest installment of the Suicide Squad franchise, the supervillains from “X Squad” remain on the island of Corto Maltese to embark on a new mission of search and destroy. The film is the second in the franchise’s history and is about a group of criminals on a mission to save the world from a deadly enemy. The film will be directed by James Gunn, who already has a solid track record of providing music for the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. The theme, which you can hear below, matches the film’s somber tone and feels like a slow, somber anthem.
