That is going to be one pretty trendy infant! Rapper and Law & Order: SVU star Ice T and his wife of 14 years, Nicole “Coco” Austin, supported her pregnancy on Monday, July 27, along with the couple is over the moon to possess their big secret outside in the open.
“I Have been pregnant for a little while, but we’ve been holding it between us for some time,” mother-to-be Coco, 36, told New York City’s Fox 5 news in a phone interview after they discussed their happy news on Twitter.
Audience members at the Friday, July 24 taping of the couple’s upcoming talk show, Ice & Coco, were among the first to discover the news.
The couple’s baby joy really has been a long time coming, as devotees of their E! Ice Loves Coco, reality show, will remember.
In 2012, Ice T’s wife broke down in tears after learning her blood pressure was too high to safely carry a baby.
The model said she’ll document her first pregnancy on Ice & Coco this summer.
Mere hours after their announcement, Ice T was overwhelmed by the outpouring of support.
This will soon be the first child for Coco, as well as the third for her husband, 57, who has two adult children from previous relationships, together with a 20-year old grandson.
