Chris Brown’s lawyer has responded to a new lawsuit w a woman claims she was repeatedly raped while attending a party at the singer’s home in February 2017.

The allegations, including assault, sexual battery, gender violence, hate violence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, were allegedly coupled with a request for $17 million in damages, according to Brown’s defense lawyer Mark Geragos.

Geragos also claims the Los Angeles Police Department has already investigated the claims and found no evidence of wrongdoing, and that Gloria Allred herself-the victim’s celebrity lawyer-determined the allegations were false after a mediation with her client.

Allred rebuffed Geragos claim, saying the mediator found her client’s account credible, and that the $17 million payday request is a total lie.

Apparently, Brown and his lawyer never even met with Allred.

In the lawsuit, the victim referred to as Jane Doe claims that she met Brown and his friend Lowell Grissom in February 2017, w the two invited her to an afterparty at the singer’s studio.

At the party, she surrendered her phone, and later that night the party turned into a hyper-sexualized environment.

Doe is claiming she was raped multiple times by Grissom and assaulted by another woman at the party.
