Bilal Erika Budu Cory Henry, Madison McFerrin, Robert Glasper, Markus Strickland, Nick Hakim and dozens of other musicians were recruited to work on the album. Bilal released a new album, which “he” “recorded” in collaboration with Brooklyn Recording Studio and HighBreedMusic Station. Album VOYAGE-19 was written and recorded for three days in August, the musicians worked in their home studio. In May, Erika Budu appeared on the next release of HighBreedMusic, the debut album Slingbaum One. Bilal’s previous studio album “In Another Life” was released in 2015.
