Amanda Bynes was spotted for the first time in three months on Friday.
The 31-year-old former child star – who lit up teen films such as She’s The Man and What A Girl Wants – was seen with a female friend who was most likely her life coach Joy Stevens.
Hard times: In 2012, Bynes was charged with driving under the influence in West Hollywood.
The 28-year-old New York native also said she still talks to Hairspray vet Amanda Bynes, who had trouble with the law in the past but has seemed to turn a corner.
The star also said Bynes was ‘so much like Penny that sometimes I couldn’t tell the difference.
