The first images of Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft in latest “Tomb Raider” have surfaced – and they are certainly causing a stir.
The images, which feature Vikander doing her own stunts, suspended from a cable, come shortly after Director Roar Uthaug shared a photo from the first day of filming.
T is little context around the latest Vikander photos, but she is clearly working hard at channeling the adventurous archaeologist, Croft, on the same level actress Angelia Jolie previously did.
The pictures were first released by the Daily Mail, and show Vikander with her hands tied – but that is certainly not much of a predicament for someone as MacGyver-esque as Lara Croft.
It wouldn’t be the first time a villain shackles Croft, continues on to their enterprise, and later finds that she cleverly worked her way out.
