“First I want to thank my beautiful, loving and incredibly understanding-of-her-husband’s-shortcomings wife, Jessica,” Timberlake, 34, said during his tearful speech.
Introduced by best pal Jimmy Fallon, Timberlake took to the stage for a solid 20 minutes, thanking fellow artists who have stood before him.
“This is the f-g coolest thing that has ever happened to me,” the Grammy winner expressed.
The Memphis native also noted how excited he was to celebrate his third wedding anniversary with Biel, 33.
“We actually just celebrated our third anniversary, which in Hollywood years that’s like a 15-year anniversary,” Timberlake joked.
