The day has since been dubbed Mean Girls Day, and a number of the cast members are commemorating the big event on social websites.
Lindsay Lohan, Jonathan Bennett, and Daniel Franzese all tweeted in celebration.
“it is October 3rd FYI,” Lohan wrote on Instagram, while Bennett tweeted that his “Telephone is blowing up.”
