The Grammy winner, who was in town for a charity auto auction, was in a hotel suite in the early hours of April 12 when police carried out a raid, arresting four people for possession of marijuana and cocaine, according to incident reports obtained by TMZ and Fox News 411.
The raid came minutes after the police arrived to investigate reports of a suspicious vehicle parked outside the hotel.
They found nearly three dozen bags of a powder that tested positive for cocaine and arrested the driver, who had consented to the search and informed them that he was t with people in the hotel room.
W the story turns interesting is that the Palm Beach Police Department have maintained all along that Brown was never involved in the incident.
“I attended a private gathering at a Miami-area hotel and had only been t for a short time when police officers arrived and arrested two people in the room who had just showed up a few minutes before,” he explained.
