Former MTV reality star Tila Tequila has a GoFundMe page set up and believes that people should give her money just because she asked for it.
Tila Tequila, who was born Tila Nguyen, is a model and television personality best known for her stints on “A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila” and “Celebrity Big Brother.” She’s been out of the limelight ever since getting kicked out of the “Celebrity Big Brother” house in August for her views on Hitler and for posting an image of herself dressed in a Nazi uniform.
On Jan. 10, Tequila started a GoFundMe page asking for donations to help her get a “New home and furniture.” The page immediately received some serious backlash, which Tequila responded to Sunday.
“People should give me money cuz I f–ing asked!” she wrote.
“Stop asking dumb questions and just do as I say! Damn u [sic] humans always gotta [sic] be complicated.”
Tequila explained on the GoFundMe page that the reason she was setting up the donation campaign was because the rent on her previous home increased.
“Being a single mother without any support from the father, it can sometimes be very tough taking care of two people with only a one-person income,” Tequila added.
Tila Tequila added that she’s currently filming in Las Vegas, but promised to make personal phone calls to all that donated when she returns the first week of February.
