Time for number nine? The band, who formed at Abingdon school in Oxfordshire, and their surprising move has prompted speculation from their fans that the band are preparing to release their long-awaited ninth album.

Suffering from ‘Radiodread’: The band’s latest move has prompted some well-humoured tweets from the online community – with many fans posting tongue-in-cheek tweets regarding a new release.

The move came after they posted a pamphlets to fans by mail, with the grey card simply baring a picture and the slogan ‘Sing a song of sixpence that goes/Burn the Witch/We know w you live’.

In January, eagle-eyed fans noticed that the band had quietly established a new company called Dawn Chorus LLP in October 2015 – with the band having created new companies ahead of their previous two albums.

In July 2007, they founded Xurbia Endless before the release of ‘In Rainbows’, in October of that year, while in December 2010 they formed Ticker Tape Ltd ahead of ‘The King of Limbs’ in February 2011..
