Russell Westbrook scored 24 of his game-high 27 points in the second half to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 108-102 win over the Golden State Warriors in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals Monday.

The Thunder trailed by 13 at the half, but outscored the Warriors 61-42 in the third and fourth quarters to steal home-court advantage.

Kevin Durant hit a key jumper late and finished with 26 points for OKC, which held Golden State to just 14 points on 6 of 23 from the field in the final 12 minutes.

Westbrook, who scored 19 points in the third, added 12 assists, seven steals and six rebounds.

Stephen Curry led the Warriors, who lost just two games at home all season, with 26 points.

The Thunder racked up 10 turnovers in the first half, leading to 15 points for the Warriors, but Oklahoma City took much better care of the ball after the break, recording just two turnovers in the final 24 minutes of the game.
