A copy of the 17-page indictment apparently includes the charge of rejecting a firearm in the commission of a crime that is the most serious on the list of charges filed against the colorful rapper, who must spend at least 25 years in prison. 69 He himself is suspected of committing an armed robbery against a rival gang on April 3, along with two other members of the Nine Trey Bloods and “their” former manager Shottie. Tekashi was denied bail, although his lawyer suggested allowing his release when he gave his passport, paid the $750,000 bail and accepted house arrest. Another shot on the list included an incident on July 16, in which 20 shots were fired at a barbecue and a bystander was shot in the foot.
