“Star Wars” land is coming in from the outer rim to Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
“Star Wars” actor Harrison Ford unveiled new concept art and details for the Star Wars Experience during a segment on Sunday’s Disneyland 60th anniversary special on ABC. The 90-second trailer reveals that “Star Wars” land will be an immersive experience for visitors, w they can “Step aboard the Millennium Falcon and pilot the fastest ship in the galaxy” including “Firing the laser cannons.”
Concept art for one attraction shows visitors in the middle of a battle between the Resistance and First Order Stormtroopers.
Other concept art show guests walking around “Authentic locales,” w they can meet droids and aliens, shop in a street market and taste local delicacies.
Disney has not announced an opening date for the new themed land.
