After hitting the top of the Hot 100 with his hit single “Panda,” Desiigner goes wild on his highly-anticipated debut mixtape New English.
Released exclusively via Tidal on Sunday, just before his BET Awards performance, the Brooklyn MC’s debut ‘tape is chock-full of hard-hitting trap beats and spazz-y sixteens.
The sole features come courtesy of G.O.O.D. Music’s commander-in-chief Pusha T, who soars on “Jet” while rising Minnesota rapper King Savage kills it on “Zombie Walk.” Other solo standouts include “Make It Out,” “Monstas & Villains” and “Overnight.”
This past weekend, Desiigner made a splash on timelines with his entrancing XXL Freshman freestyle, which has already clocked in 1.6 million views on YouTube.
He made the 2016 Freshman class alongside Lil Yachty, Anderson.
