T have been some rumblings online that perhaps Warner Bros.
Hasn’t done as thorough a job as it might promoting their upcoming comic book movie, Wonder Woman co-starring Chris Pine.
The fact that Wonder Woman might be under-promoted and the new Guardians of the Galaxy sequel is everyw helped Pine’s opening joke on Saturday Night Live land beautifully.
Pine said he was on S.N.L. to promote Guardians and when the audience clapped and cheered for him he, in mock exasperation, explained that was Chris Pratt and he is Chris Pine not to be confused with Chris Evans or Chris Hemsworth.
The bit-which may be based on a meme-soon became a song as this Chris melodically explained he was different from Star Lord, Captain America, and Thor.
“We’re all white guys,” he crooned, “But these aren’t the white guys I am.”
