The English singer, 33, debuted her baby bump while out with boyfriend Liam Payne on Tuesday, November 29.
Cole put her pregnant belly on display in a form-fitting olive dress as she headed to the St James Christmas Carol Concert in London with the One Direction crooner, 23.
Their outing comes after the former Girls Aloud singer sparked pregnancy rumors when she stepped out with a slight bump last month.
Cole and Payne have yet to officially confirm the pregnancy.
The Girls Aloud songstress was previously married to pro soccer player Ashley Cole and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, whom she recently divorced.
