One day after the Poway-bred pop-punk trio released “Bored to Death,” its first song without band estranged band co-founder Tom DeLonge, blink has announced an extensive summer concert tour that will open with a July 22 show at San Diego State University’s Viejas Arena.

The tour is timed to follow the revamped band’s new album, “California,” which is due out July 1 and will be blink’s first with Alakline trio guitarist-singer Matt Skiba in place of DeLonge.

The band will precede the tour with a handful of dates in June.According to blink singer-bassist mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker, DeLonge quit the band in early 2015.

According to DeLonge, he did not quit and is still a member of the band, even though it is recording and now set to tour without him.

Tickets for the July 22 tour-opening show in San Diego are priced at $29, $46.75, $54, $69 and $79 each, plus service fees.
