Before his death, a Reissue Release Show was scheduled for June 21 at the Royal Albert Hall in London. His 1979 album A Different Kind of Tension and the promising compilation Singles Going Steady will be reissued on June 14 via Domino on vinyl and CD. Last December, Pete Shelley, the leader of Buzzcock, died of a heart attack. The latest editions of the new Buzzcock series have been announced. Buzzcocks will be accompanied by several guest singers; Skids and Penetration will also perform. The event will now be used to celebrate Shelley’s life and achievements. 2019 Condé Nast.
