Calling all artists without a record or publishing deal – entries are now open for the second annual Unsigned Music Awards.

The awards are set to take place at the Brighton Centre on 16 May, presented by Nicole Arbour, and will serve as the opening ceremony to The Great Escape Festival.

Entries close at midnight on 31 December 2017 and are open to all UK-residing unsigned artists aged 16 and over, with two award categories open to international artists.

The awards are free to enter and UK entrants are able to nominate themselves in up to four categories.

This year’s voting panel includes more than one hundred industry leaders from Kobalt Music, BBC Music, Spotify, Shazam, Live Nation, CAA, Coda Agency, MTV, The Great Escape, Ticketmaster and many more.

Tickets to the event are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
