In 2015, Cole’s Forest Hills Drive tour moved approximately 565,000-575,000 tickets, according to his booking agent, Rob Gibbs.

Billboard reports the tour grossed over $16 million from July to September 2015, and included a sold-out performance at Madison Square Garden.

The 4 Your Eyez Only tour includes stops at the Jay Z-backed Barclays Center to Austin’s Frank Erwin Center w Drake kicked off his Summer Sixteen tour in 2016.

Cole’s Canadian counterpart grossed over $84 million with his Summer Sixteen tour, according to PollStar Pro.

Cole will not be performing back-to-back nights in one city as Drake did, but 4 Your Eyez Only’s success on the charts suggests that J. Cole fans would welcome the thought of seeing a mini-residency in each city.

To meet demands, Cole’s tour schedule will have him on the road from June 1 until the end of 2017, beginning in South Carolina and ending in Australia.

Though fans may appreciate Cole dedicating half a year to performances, spending that much time on the road may prompt him to commit to a more extensive break following the tour.
